About the Role
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide hands-on care and support to patients in healthcare settings. They assist with daily activities, ensuring patients’ comfort and well-being.
Requirements
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and eating.
Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
Help patients with mobility and transferring between beds or wheelchairs.
Maintain patient rooms by changing linens and ensuring cleanliness.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising nurses.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications
Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
High school diploma or GED.
BLS certification.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Physical stamina for long shifts and assisting with patient care.
