About the Role
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) deliver essential nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. They assist with patient care, administer medications, and support daily medical operations.
Requirements
Provide basic nursing care, such as monitoring vital signs and dressing wounds.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
Document patient information and report any changes to RNs or physicians.
Support RNs in executing care plans and managing patient care.
Educate patients and families on proper care techniques.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Completion of an accredited LPN program.
BLS certification.
Excellent interpersonal and observational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
