About the Role
Registered Nurses (RNs) provide comprehensive care for patients across various healthcare settings. They are responsible for assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine healthcare needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to physicians.
Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
Supervise and support the work of LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of care.
Act as an advocate for patients and ensure their dignity and comfort.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN).
BLS and ACLS certifications (as required).
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in a specific specialty (e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg) preferred.
